The Hayloft is an independent, self-contained, two-person flat within a couple of minutes’ walk of the centre of England’s smallest city. The flat has its own front and rear entrances and secure off-street parking to the back of the house. The flat comprises a bright South-facing living/dining room with TV, and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large shower. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, with a double bed and ample cupboard and drawer space.

If you want to venture further a field we are perfectly situated to visit Bath, Glastonbury, Wells and surrounding areas.

Step inside the pink door to discover the open-plan living space, sumptuous decor, inglenook fire with a woodburning stove, a stylish full kitchen, vaulted ceiling, luxurious linens, and memory foam mattress. Little St Johns is the perfect choice to explore the city of Wells, and all it has to offer.

The cottage oozes character, from the oak beams to the huge inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Well equipped kitchen with traditional oak table and pews. The spacious bedroom has a king size bed and a small single bed, suitable for a child. Adjoining the bedroom, is the shower room with walk in shower. There is a large private patio area for relaxing and barbecuing outside, with views of the hillside. We have a vineyard producing English Sparkling and Still Wines, made on site.

Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.

Clover Hill Barn is a self contained fully heated converted 19th century barn situated in the centre of the peaceful Somerset village of Westbury-sub-Mendip.
