Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. Tucked away privately behind a home, the guesthouse is newly built & furnished. Guests park on a private driveway. You can utilize the kitchen where we supply basic spices, kitchen supplies, several different baking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, keurig coffee, tea, ice, cream & sugar, and a fridge/freezer. Guests have their own separate fast wifi & Roku TV. The private bedroom has black out curtains. Soap/shampoo, towels, makeup towel available.
