You are within walking distance to the areas best restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and brew houses at our Downtown Hollister location. We are only one mile to the Branson Landing.

Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages. Our condo is a garden unit and there are 14 steps down to the condo. Located 5 min off the strip, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. Our condo has a fully stocked kitchen and linens. The outdoor pool is conveniently located right across the street from the condo or spend evenigs relaxing on the balcony. We are adjacent to the Thousand Hills golf course. We are also located just minutes from the Ball Park of America baseball Stadium.
