Lovely remodeled separate suite in the basement of a 1905 home in Historic NE Irvington! 1 bd (queen), 1 ba, living room (full sofa sleeper), and kitchette/laundry room. Stays naturally very cool (ex: 88 F out/69 F in). Walk score 87, public transit 71, and biking 98! Walk to the OR Convention Center and Moda Center (20 min). Great fit for those out and about during the day, but want quiet at night. Squeaky clean, but no cleaning fee and no check out chores! Listing supports a public teacher!

The Haseman House

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.

The Hen House: Private unit in NE

The Hen House is a converted garage, built from mostly salvaged material, and has everything you need for an easy visit. The loft has a queen bed but stairs are very steep so I recommend the pullout single bed downstairs if uncomfortable with steps. I'm near Mississippi area, Williams and Alberta Arts District with 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Unit stands alone and there is a garden and friendly animals to hang with outside. Dogs allowed.

Guest house in quiet neighborhood near downtown

Private studio apartment set away from the street to avoid any traffic noise. The guesthouse is a 10 minute bike ride from the downtown waterfront park as well as many great local restaurants and cafe's. Tree-filled Irving Park is 1 block away. Located just down the street from public transit and 1.3 miles from the Oregon Convention Center as well as the Moda Center. Come enjoy our beautiful place in the Irvington neighborhood.
