This fabulous ‘Sea View’, beach house is only 30 yards from the sea and beach, whilst also central to Withernsea with views of the sea and lighthouse. This wonderful family sized home is perfectly located in the summer and is cosy in the winter months. Visit the fabulous surrounding area such as Spurn Point, Flamborough, Hornsea, Hull and Beverley. Sea View has 4 bedrooms; 2 king size beds, 1 bunkbed and 1 single bed, sleeping 7 in total. There is also a courtyard patio area. 1 dog welcome. 😊

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. The Shepherds Retreat - Hot Tub Farm Stay!

The Shepherds Retreat is a luxury shepherds hut in East Yorkshire, set in a 13 acre field surrounded by the resident flock of sheep at our family farm. The hut is a self contained hideaway with fitted kitchen, dining/lounge with log burner, bathroom and bedroom. Outside is a wood fired hot tub boasting uninterrupted views over the East Yorkshire countryside. Patrington has countless amenities on the doorstep from butchers, bakers, shops and pubs. Beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of the beautiful town of Beverley with free onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station and bus station are close by. The Accommodation is upstairs with its own private entrance, no lift. Small outdoor seating area in pretty courtyard. Super king bed or 2 single beds.

Sea view detached cottage, stunning views from practically every window in the cottage. Hot tub overlooking the sea. Private parking, free WiFi. The Cottage is newly renovated. There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

Enjoy the sounds of nature and the sea crashing against the rocks when you stay in this lovely static caravan at the quieter end of the park. Near the beach and fishing lake but only a short walk to the club house for food and entertainment. Passes need to be purchased separately from clubhouse for Swimming and other activities. Cottage has a fully equipped galley kitchen, dining room, cosy lounge, and large conservatory. There are 2 king size beds and 1 small adult/child bed. All bedrooms have smart TV's, free wifi and Netflix. All bedding, towels and luxury dressing gowns provided. Outside there is a BBQ, chimnea and seating area.
