It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

"Tiny Häuschen" in der Innenstadt von Bad Bergzabern. Das Häuschen besteht es aus einem hohen, hellen, offenen Raum mit einer Empore. Unten ist der Wohnbereich, das kleine funktionelle Bad mit Dusche und eine offene Küche, oben befinden sich die Betten. Am großen Esstisch oder in den beiden gemütlichen Sesseln mit Poufs für die Füße machst du es dir gemütlich. Das Häuschen ist das ideale schicke "Basislager" für Naturerlebnisse im Pfälzer Wald, Touren ins nah gelegene Elsaß, die Weinberge u.v.m.

This loft-like apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a new building from 2023. Located slightly on the edge of the center, you can expect 2 rooms, a kitchenette and a shower room. There is a parking space on the property. You have great transport connections and can still walk to the pedestrian zone within 8 minutes and to the park in 1 minute. You can also reach the vineyards in 10 minutes on foot. South & West train station in 9 minutes. Enjoy the Southern Palatinate in a stylish ambience.

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Die moderne, hochwertige Ausstattung von Wohnraum und Bad laden zu Entspannung in kuscheliger Atmosphäre ein. In der Küche mit gemütlichem Essbereich finden Sie alles, was Sie zum Kochen und genussvollen Essen benötigen. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist neben einem bequemen Sofa mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Das moderne Tageslichtbad ist mit WC und Dusche ausgestattet.

NebenTerrasse , Hof und Garten gibt es eine Grillstation mit großem neuen Rösle Gasgrill & die Scheune die als gemütlich Lounge genutzt werden kann . Eine große Parkmöglichkeit liegt vor dem Haus. Sie wohnen in einem Denkmalgeschützen Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1900. Es bietet Ihnen den idealen Start um von hieraus zu Fuß mit dem Rad, dem PKW oder dem ÖPNV die Pfalz und das malerische Umland zu erkunden. Und gleichzeitig wohnen sie in der Stadt mit Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.
