Less than one mile from Cooks Garage and the interstate, a home with all modern basics but with the peaceful tranquility a house in the country brings. Utility or livestock trailers upon request. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Tech Terrace. Enjoy the convenience of this location near Texas Tech and all it has to offer. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

Post, who was an American Pioneer in the food industry. Post Corn Flakes, Post Raisin ,Brand and many more. The Top Attractions of Post, OS Ranch Museum, Garza Historical Museum, Ragtown Theater, and Post Trade Days, this market place opens it's doors , second weekend of each month.
