Please note that there are steep slopes around the home and the loft railings are spaced too far apart to be baby safe.

The Little Bunkhouse

Welcome to the LITTLE BUNKHOUSE. There is a field with pathways, a bridge to cross and camp site for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. It is Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. There is a challenging putting green. The bunkhouse has 1 queen bed with a small kitchen and bath. This is the place for a peacful getaway for relaxation and only 8 miles to the heart of Prescott. Plenty of hiking right accross the the main road and several small lakes for kayaking or picnicking just minutes away.

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. You will be a 5 to 15 minute drive from all the fun activities you may want to enjoy, including downtown fun, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. and very close to the local airport and ERAU. You'll have your own entrance to your living space where you can sit and read by the open window or sip your favorite beverage on the quaint patio and listen to the variety of birds and other wildlife that frequent our quiet neighborhood.

The balcony overlooks the mountains and at night the sky is full of stars. All friendly dogs are welcome as this house has it's own fenced in yard for a $30 pet fee/stay.
