Ein großer Garten mit einer Größe von ca. 700m² lädt zum Sonnenbaden, zum gemütlichen Sitzen im Grünen sowie zum Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Abendbrot ein. In der Villa Topas gibt es drei unterschiedliche Ferienwohnungen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Ferienwohnung „Muschel“, im 1. Obergeschoss die Ferienwohnung „Krabbe“ und im Dachgeschoss die Ferienwohnung „Seestern“.

Das 120-m²-Haus Coco bietet im EG eine große offene Feuerstelle, einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich sowie eine abgetrennte Küche. Ein Flur führt zu Infrarot-Sauna, Duschbad und einer Nische mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im OG liegen zwei Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbetten und ein Wannenbad. WLAN, Garten, zwei PKW-Stellplätze und ein Faltboot stehen bereit. Haustiere und Rauchen sind nicht erlaubt. Den Strand erreichen Sie fußläufig.
