Mooi vakantieverblijf op een schitterende locatie aan het water, en toch maar 30 minuten van Amsterdam . Het maakt onderdeel uit van onze eigen woning, maar is een zelfstandige wooneenheid, heeft prachtig uitzicht, zowel voor op het water, achter tuin. Het ligt aan zeer rustig weggetje waar nog ca 20 andere vrijstaande huizen aan liggen. De rivier de Vecht is heerlijk om in te zwemmen, schoon helder water, en natuurlijk prachtig om op te varen. Er is een kleine roeiboot aanwezig en 2 kano's.

Bungalow, 15 km van Amsterdam, in de natuur.

Mooie vrijstaande bungalow, met ruime slaapkamer en badkamer ineen. In de huiskamer zitten aan alle kanten ramen/ deuren die op het terras uit komen. er zit vloerverwarming in maar ook een grote open haard/houtkachel, de keuken is voorzien van luxe apparatuur. Achter het weiland waarvan je via een loopplankje naar de dijk kan komen voor een mooie wandeling of een kajak tochtje. In deze omgeving is Amsterdam op 10 km, ook bereikbaar met de fiets. de pittoreske dorpjes Laren en Naarden op 10 km.

The main house has 2 children bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, childrens playroom, bathroom and 2 separate toilets. The garden guesthouse has a double bed, a toilet and a rainshower. The large garden has multiple terraces, a trampoline, 2 swings, a wood sauna and a BBQ area. There are multiple terraces to enjoy the summer at its fullest. You can make use of the SUP and (electric)bike/cars.

Het Drechthuisje ligt bij de Loosdrechtse plassen op slechts half uurtje rijden van Amsterdam of Utrecht. Dit huisje is duurzaam gebouwd met veel licht en een eigentijdse inrichting. Bij binnenkomst van de poort tref je een aangelegde tuin met terrassen en alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig voor een ontspannen verblijf. De 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers (separaat toilet), de zitkamer en open keuken zijn meer dan compleet ingericht. Door de grote glazen gevel heb je vrij uitzicht over het water

Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.
