A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Built in 1949 and just fully remodeled, it has two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bath, modern kitchen, ample living room and a large backyard. It is located in a well established moderate to low middle income neighborhood in a low traffic and very quiet street. It is 11 miles (16 minutes) from Sheppard Air Force Base. It is 1.8 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. It is 3 miles (9 minutes) from MPEC.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
