After playing on the beach, enjoy sitting in front of a warm fireplace and hang out playing board games and Foosball, or painting. Upstairs is a large livingroom/dining area with a spacious kitchen and an amazing view of the lake. Sit and watch huge ocean freighters go by, binoculars provided get a closer look! Amazing views of sunsets, northern lights, and stormy weather. NO CLEANING FEES!

Drummond Island - Whits End Boathouse

Welcome to Whit’s End on beautiful Drummond Island! We are excited to share our boathouse with you here in the historic Whitney Bay area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck listening to Loons and watching nearby freighters navigate Lake Huron. The sunsets over Whitney Bay are truly spectacular. The living space is located on the second floor of our renovated boathouse. We run a small pottery shop on the main level, so you may notice occasional activity during the day.

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.
