We are off grid. So the camper is run off a generator with battery back up. It does have water and septic hooked up. Everything works as it should (water heater, a/c, refrigerator ect). We are close to burke mnt. And we are on a class 4 (unmaintained) road (atv friendly). You will be responsible for gas to use the generator (full gas can provided). We do live onsite and can explain everything if you're not familiar with campers/generators. 1 queen bed, two small pull out sofas (kid size)

Nestled between Portland's fine dining and Sebago's outdoor fun, the Tiny House Camper is a great spot to explore what Southern Maine has to offer. Located with direct access to the Sebago to the Sea Trail - 28 miles of walking & biking paths. The camper is very small w a tiny bathroom but cozy and comfortable. LGBTQ+ friendly.
