This is the ground floor of my family's vacation condo, door in the back. The upstairs is not available to rent. Small patio. Faces the Chattahoochee, and the water park is just across the river. Overlooks Parking area and large grassy field with trees and river. One bedroom and one small bathroom. No separate living area but spacious kitchen with a twin sized trundle bed. High speed wi-fi and streaming TV in bedroom only. No landline.

Honey Bear is a roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the River in the Bavarian town of Helen, Ga. We can host 6 easily with a King bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa if needed. It is just a short stroll to all the shops, mountain coaster, fabulous restaurants and don't forget Tubing. We have an elevator for those that trouble navigating stairs.
