There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Welcome to our bright studio with gated off-road parking and free fibre (160 mbps) wi-fi. We welcome all to enjoy a stay in Dorset. We are a ten minute walk from the station, Poundbury and Brewery Square. Our newly renovated studio has an inviting interior, a rainfall shower and dedicated office space. A small double bed will provide a comfortable nights sleep. Dorset’s motto is “who’s afeard “ so what will you discover? The Cerne Giant, the chocolate factory ? Minimum stay two nights

The Hayloft, Washing Pool Barns - suite for two

Luxurious Dorset village suite for two. Quality conversion of a listed stone barn into a completely equipped self-catering suite in the Dorset AONB. A couple of miles south west of Dorchester Washing Pool Barns are in the heart of Martinstown village, just a one minute walk from the local pub and maybe five minutes walk to the village store and post office. Bridleways, cycle routes and public footpaths are on the doorstep with the Jurassic coastline around five miles further south.

Jasmine Cottage

Jasmine Cottage is a characterful, compact barn conversion, that sits next to the 400 year old farm house. It sleeps up to four people (including infants), with a double and a twin room. We are one mile away from The Wise Man Inn - an award-winning pub; 6 miles from Dorset's stunning Jurassic coast and 3 miles from the county town of Dorchester. You will, however, need a car- or bikes! Sorry, no pets and no smoking. No EV charging, yet, but there are many fast charging points nearby.

A great base for exploring Dorset and centrally-located. This newly decorated self contained 1 bedroom annexe has a fully equipped kitchen & in the county town of Dorchester, the birth place of Thomas Hardy. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful countryside and Jurassic coast! The town’s amenities are only a short walk away including the new Brewery Square development. Complimentary tea and coffee also provided. Please note, we are unable to accommodate children

Pixon Barn is situated on a working farm on the Jurassic Coastline within an easy driving distance to Weymouth, Lulworth Cove, and Abbotsbury. It is located next to numerous bridlepaths, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and lovers of the countryside. We welcome any and all well behaved dogs. There are several pubs all within a 5 minutes distance by car, as well as our own farm cafe and shop located on the main road into Weymouth. Best ice-cream around.!

Private use of Indoor Pool available May- end Sept

Self contained detached cottage in a tranquil location close to the famous 'Jurassic Coast' ; Durdle Door, Lulworth, Corfe Castle, Weymouth and Dorchester are all a short drive away. Further attractions close by are Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, and Sculpture by the lakes. There is a well stocked village shop and good village pub. Dorset has so much to offer, with beautiful coastline and breathtaking scenery. Relax in the pool at your leisure!
