Abbey view is a hidden gem, situated on Bagdale. The cottage is a short walking distance from the centre of Whitby with restaurants, cafes and pubs on hand. The cottage itself is split over three levels and as per the namesake, the property boasts views of the Abbey from the lounge balcony. The bi-fold doors lead to the balcony which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. Although recently renovated, Abbey View retains its original charm with beautiful furnishings throughout.

It's close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted and comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. The apartment is situated on the cliff top of North Bay, with a lovely sea view. A 20 second walk brings you to the cliff top benches where you can sit and take in the stunning view of the bay and the castle. We are a 5min walk from the beach and 10min to the town centre. It’s on the ground floor of our 5 storey Victorian terrace family home. It is separate from the rest of the house so you’ll have full privacy. There’s plenty of space and the location is amazing!

Swingbridge View apartment is in a Grade II listed building located on Sandgate in the heart of Whitby right by the famous swingbridge. Accommodation is all on one floor (first floor) with amazing views from the lounge windows of the River Esk harbour, the swingbridge and the west cliff. Parking is available a few hundred yards away from around £7 a day with a pass from the tourist office or £9 a day at the ticket machine.
