Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The property has been tastefully modernised and comprises all the amenities to enjoy a relaxing long weekend or a longer holiday break.

Please note it is not always possible to have the hot tub ready for use on the first night as it takes 24 hours to empty, clean, fill and heat.

Boasting a large terrace, it’s a great spot to watch the world go by and, if you’re lucky, a lifeboat launch. Manor Cottage is a traditional home with modern features and a very well equipped kitchen. Garage parking included.
