Welcome to our beautiful home located in a quiet family neighborhood. Our location is a 10-15 minute walk to two city parks, a 5 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) to local shops and restaurants downtown, and a 10 minute drive to BGSU. Bowling Green welcomes you as one of Ohio Magazine’s “best hometowns” in 2017 and 2018. You will find your room and accommodations to be quite comfortable. The bedroom is located on the second floor along with a full bath and a second full bath on the first floor.
This is a peaceful farmhouse outside of Deshler, OH, the crossroads of the B&O railroad. Part of the history of the house is that my grandparents came from a coal mining camp in Utah where my grandma was teaching school and my grandfather was a miner. Hobos stopped by for an egg sandwich during the depression and the house gradually acquired adaptations for aging family members making it perfect for multigenerational travelers.
