The Little House by the sea in the WestfjordsThe house is small, welcoming and cozy with sun deck and a grate view. It nests in a spacious garden near the sea and the harbor of the small fishing village of Bolungarvík witch is surrounded by mountains on three sides. The house is on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a open kitchen, living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. The second floor is a sleeping loft with 1 double bed, a travel crib is available op on request.

Get close to nature and history at the very small village, Borðeyri. Tangahus guesthouse is few meters from the sea. Looking out of the windows you may feel like being on board a boat. The view from windows heading towards north is fantastic, especially at sunset in the summer time. During winter time our guests often see beautiful northern lights. Guests love to take walk to the beach and listen to the mysterious sound of the sea and seabirds. If you are lucky you can also see seals!

Get close to nature at Bessastaðir. Cozy old house with warm character, big garden, many bird species around. The view is magnificent all year round, amazing sunset and sunrise. The house is close to the sea and it is very nice to take walk to there and listen to the mysterious sound of the sea and seabirds. You are also free to take walk around our land, as long as you are not walking on our hay fields.

This is the perfect stop on your way to the Westfjords or Northern Iceland as well. You’ll love my place because of the view, the location, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with up to 2 kids). The scenery is amazing, imagine waking up in a painting of the most beautiful landscape you have ever seen:-) During winter there is a good chance of enjoying the wonders of the northern lights from the hut tub."

Welcome to Háafell Farm where we raise sheep, keep horses and have two friendly dogs. Our private guest house is located 200 meters above the farm, up the mountain at 130 meters above sea level. It is a recently built (2020), 100 square meter, modern “turf house style” house. Háafell means “The High Mountain” and has a long river that cascades down its side with several tiers of waterfalls. It is a five minute walk to our canyon and it is possible to take a cold bath in one of the waterfalls.

Nice apartment about 30 sqm. In our house with private entrance. Fully equipment, furnished and beds made. Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and hall. Beautiful hiking/walking trails nearby and just 2 minutes walk away you can get spectacular view over Ísafjörður from the lookout. Short walk down town to the town center where you can find cafe's, restaurants, stores, supermarket and all things needed for an enjoyable stay.

64m2 very nice brand new cottage about 10km away from Stykkishólmur, there are 3 bedrooms(1 double room and two twin beds). Wifi is included and the tv has a wide veriety of stations to choose from. The cottage was built 2016 with all our love. Bonus grocery store, swimming pool, a number of restaurants and small museums and great shops only 10km away in the town of Stykkishólmur.

Beautiful 37m2 house situated in the heart of Stykkishólmur. Newly refurbished with wooden floors and heated tiles. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The bedroom has a sofa bed and the mezzanine level has 2 beds that can either be used as single beds or the mattress unfolded and that way create 2 double beds.
