You enter our house,that is on the 1st floor without our presence. There is a safety box next to the house entrance with the key. Our house is very spacious and includes a sitting and dinnning area, three modern bedrooms with air condition and 1.5 bathrooms. It stands right on the Agrapidia beach. The only thing you will need, is your bathing suit and your flip flops. Important note: Please before booking , make sure that you have read all the information given about our house and the island.

Spa Villa Skaloma

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house.
