Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.
