This loft is situated on the north side of the town square in Newton, IL in one of Jasper County's oldest buildings. Guests are invited to enjoy our relaxing atmosphere, go for walk on the nearby Eagle Trails, visit a neighboring gym, take a class at the Dance Hall Studio, receive a healing touch massage, or visit one of our many natural resources. The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

Tiny Home of Whittington

This cozy tiny home is located a little over one mile off of Interstate 57 and within two miles of Rend Lake. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

The Angel Carriage House in New Harmony

Cozy and elegant, located in the heart of historic New Harmony, this 1920's carriage house was reimagined, expanded, and tastefully furnished as a stand-alone guest house in 2016. Location is 8 miles from Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Amphitheater. 10 miles from Interlake State Off Road Recreation Area. 13 miles from Holiday World. 30 miles from Evansville casinos. This is a four season resort/stay, with long summers and mild winters.

Day of Rest

This place is in a private, residential neighborhood but only a few blocks from businesses, shopping and restaurants. There are two small parks for children to play at, nearby. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a commercial truck/trailer. Bright outdoor LED lighting provides a safe atmosphere. This property is attached to a small venue. The venue has a full kitchen area that can be rented for an additional fee.

The Vault- 1800s National Bank 7 min off I-64

This historic bank, built in the 19th century has been vacant for many years, but we've restored it to its former glory. complete with the original walk in bank Vault . The Vault has a king and queen size bed, plus a rollaway bed with a memory foam mattress. We have another Airbnb, called The Citadel located upstairs. If you have a large family, you can book both places. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at both locations.

There is also a sectional that suits fine for a child or teen to crash on.
