The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

The bed size is Queen. 32" TV The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please consider this fact before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
