Tropical apartment with beautiful pool only steps away from the ocean. Owners live on the property. Our goal is to maintain your privacy while being close to help with any of your needs. There may be a chance you will share the pool area with other guests or owners. If you have a pet, please inquire before booking. Our Border Collie Jax, can be picky about the friends who visit him. Interested in fishing, diving, or island hopping? We have a boat available to take you out for an additional fee.

With the beach and local restaurants just steps away you will have plenty of options to enjoy your vacation . In addition to beach activities Cocoa Beach country club is home to a 27 hole course . There is also a tennis facility and swimming pool located at the country club all is open to the public for a fee. Kayaking and fishing on the Banana river is only a mile away also.

Unit D is on the 2nd floor at the rear of the house with a private entrance on a small balcony.
