Perfectly suited for one, the property includes kitchen, shower room + wc and bedroom with sat tv. The village of South Petherton has excellent amenities offering a host of shops together with two restaurants and a welcoming local pub. We also have good transport links (A303) to Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol etc and are only a 30 minute drive from the delightful Jurassic Coast.

It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
