Visitors will be comfortable in this unique space, sympathetically restored, retaining original period features and furniture. Your hosts, Clive and Susie, live in the original mill owner’s residence, next door. Clive looks after the house, gardens and three children. Susie works at a local hospital. Great for all guests, providing secure cycle storage and workshop and sporting activities including a full size table tennis table, pool table and access to trampolines and the family zip wire.

Lovingly converted industrial building with rich history, in the Yorkshire village of Clayton West, on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The surrounding countryside is very peaceful and quiet. The flat is self-contained, with an entry hall with kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bed-sitting room. The whole place is wonderfully light and airy with large windows and high ceilings. Free off-road parking, fast WiFi, complimentary coffee & tea. Bedding and towels are provided.

The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We accommodate dogs and we own our own private dog park.
