Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Avocet cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 2 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony and sea views right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with cast iron table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, sitting/dining room with a wood burning stove. Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.
