Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

2 minutes’ walk from the quay, 5 minutes’ walk to the main shopping street, the house has a spacious garden with terrace and enclosed pond. Free driveway parking for two medium-sized cars, plus EV charger. Also free on-street parking. Both bedrooms have king-size (5ft) beds; bed 2 can be split into 2 x 2ft 6in single beds. Separate lounge plus open-plan kitchen/diner. 2 bathrooms, including a downstairs shower, ideal after a day on the beach. Centrally heated, also a cosy real-flame gas fire.

New owners have recently updated the property, including a large new kitchen/diner, bathroom & en-suite shower room. There’s also a large sunny living room with an open fire. Perfect for families.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

The Boathouse Blakeney

The Boathouse is a large holiday home in the heart of Blakeney on the North Norfolk Coast. Clean, bright and recently refurbished with plenty of space, lots of charm and a fantastic location just off the quay.
