Basement apartment with separate entrance. Newly renovated with new furniture, kitchen appliances and bath. Located on the west side of Greeley in a quiet neighborhood. Large living room. One bedroom, King bed, private bath with shower. Kitchen is well stocked, but let us know if something is missing. WiFi, TV streaming. We live upstairs with one friendly dog. You will hear us walking around but we will keep noise to a minimum. No smoking/vaping or pets please. Residential garage parking.
