Blue Lake Sanctuary

Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Bigfoot River House

This sunny, clean oasis with mountain views is in a quiet neighborhood directly adjacent the forest. It's perfect for river-goers, Kayakers, boaters, fishermen, and sunseekers. Kimtu and Big Rock beaches are minutes away. The giant porch is perfect for grilling and out door dining, and the large, fenced in back yard is pet friendly. Take a walk through the maintained golf course neigborhood park with your dogs, cook in the full kitchen, work remotely, or dine in Willow Creek, moments away.

The Cottage is located across the street from the ocean, and surrounded by the forest. Quiet and private space to relax and unwind. The Country-Chic Blue Room is your totally private, quiet, cozy country guest suite with a spa-like luxury bathroom, located just 2 miles from town, across the street from the Mad River and 5 miles from the beach. Cruising up the long drive-way, you'll be welcomed by our mustang, and adorable donkeys . We welcome guests of all backgrounds and love making new friends. Having lived on the North Coast for over 40 years we're a great resource to make your stay memorable.

Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.
