E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

The cosy cabin features one double and one single bedroom, seperate fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, lounge with sofa, Smart TV with HDMI, Fibre broadband, gas stove and dining table, bathroom with hand basin, toilet and shower. The cabin has double glazed windows with central heating, patio doors opening to south facing veranda with patio furniture and private car park. Quiet surrondings with views of the mountains. Very functional and homely.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Kozy Kabin is located in a quiet location and only a short walk from the village of Ballyduff. There is a large parking area with a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities directly accessible from the main kitchen. And also a covered area to relax in the hot tub. All rooms are newly decorated with central heating throughout the cabin. The main kitchen has all you need for your stay including an outdoor dining area with a TV

Free street parking. Please note: due to the elevation there is a steep walk up the lane and a further 33 steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. It is a perfect spot to unwind, relax and connect with nature. If you ever wanted to finish that chapter, paint that picture or just take some time for yourself this is the perfect place for you. It is an ideal location for exploring the Sunny South East , enjoying a romantic getaway or even treating yourself to that artistic retreat !

Surrounded by gorgeous rural setting with views of farmland and sea in the distance with a taste of Irish small town charm .Local village is a 10 minute walk with a great pub that has talented musicians on selected nights .Wexford town is a 25 minute drive but there is local link bus that runs 10 times a day for a modest fee. A car is highly recommend for your stay 😊
