Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). The apartment is a recently renovated space in our lower level with a separate entrance at the rear of the house in a quiet residential northside Ann Arbor neighborhood. As you enter the space, there is a shared laundry/mud room. You then enter the apartment through a locked french door off the laundry. There is a family room with queen size futon and TV, a large bedroom with queen size bed and closet, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and coffee maker, and a full bathroom.
