It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Less than an hour from Panama City Beach or Chipley Florida. One bedroom and two futons in the living room makes room for 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Small shed out back to store personal items. Very quiet neighborhood and excellent neighors that are hardly seen or heard. Farm is far enough away to enjoy the view without the pests or noise.
