Dear guests - It has been a privilege for me to host you, I have made great friends and had a blast with the guests that have been drawn to The Eagles Nest. I have decided to move into a new direction: working 60 hours a week, the challenges of the bnb without my favorite human to help me, Tiffany, and the lack of contractor support has made it a challenge to keep the space going and having a life. Our Traditional rooms have a shared bath. There are 2 1/2 bathrooms on each floor that serve only 7 rooms so there is seldom waiting. Hood, windsurfing in the Columbia River, Hiking Trails , wine tasting at the beautiful Washington Vineyards and rafting on the Deschutes and ZIP Lines in Stevenson. Stay in your own LITTLE oasis in the privacy of a two bedroom, one bath guest home.

Loft Room at Megumi Chalet

The Loft Room at Megumi Chalet, an owner-occupied lodge located in the heart of Government Camp, is one of three private rooms available on the third floor. It has a king and a twin bed. There is additional sleeping space in the loft above. Accompanying this room is a private bathroom. In addition, a service elevator is available to carry luggage to third floor rooms. The living room, work area, and balconies with magnificent views of Mt. Hood, are shared by our third floor guests.

The Honeymoon Suite

Private attached bath finished in Italian Marble with a 2 person hot tub with 45 jets. The shower is large enough for 2 and has 3 shower heads. The bedroom furniture was all handmade by artisans in Bothell, Washington. The mattress, sheets and duvet covers are all high quality. There is a dust mite cover on the mattress as well and all pillows have protectors on them too. The floor is bamboo. There is a smart TV with netflix and local TV channels. There is a garment steamer too.

Welcome to the Sun room! Guest suite w/ private bathroom/shower and kitchenette. My home is located in the Heights of Hood River and walkable to local grocery store, eateries and downtown Hood River. With a 5-min drive to the riverfront and 15 min drive to Mt Hood you will be able to enjoy all the adventures this area has to offer! Shared kitchen available for stays booked 2 weeks or longer. *The Sun room can accommodate 1 child. There is an air mattress available.

East Room at Megumi Chalet

The East Room at Megumi Chalet, an owner-occupied lodge located in the heart of Government Camp, is one of three private rooms available on the third floor. It has a king and a twin bed-thus sleeping three guests. The bathroom is shared with another room on the third floor. In addition, a service elevator is available to carry luggage to third floor rooms. The living room, work area, and balconies with magnificent views of Mt. Hood, are shared by our third floor guest

Bunk Room at Megumi Chalet

The Bunk Room at Megumi Chalet, an owner-occupied lodge located in the heart of Government Camp, is a private area located on the first floor. It has twin bunk beds. One lower bunk is a full bed (sleeps 2). Accompanying this room is a private bathroom. The room also has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig, electric kettle, dishes and dining table.
