A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

Cherry Tree Cottage is a stylish, spacious yet cosy and practical barn conversion set in a peaceful countryside location just outside the pretty village of Barford. 4 miles from Warwick, 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, 1.2 miles from M40 motorway, 6.5 miles from Warwick Parkway station and 24 miles from Birmingham Airport. Cherry Tree Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home.

IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
