Situated in the beautiful village of Broom, just 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon, our home is a unique combination of 18th and 16th century barn conversions lovingly restored in the 1980's into one unique home. I live in the converted stables, of a Hunting Lodge built in 1896 and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is listed, the village is in a conservation area in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a lovely pub. Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Birmingham and Coventry 30 mins away. Parking available off the road.

We live in such a beautiful part of the Cotswolds.The village itself has two pubs that serve delicious food ,both are very welcoming. Little honey coloured cottages line the village greens .Broadway is just over a mile away easily accessible by car or on foot. Close to the Cotswold Way and Monarch Way perfect for walkers . Stratford 14 miles , Cheltenham 17miles and easy access to the popular villages

We have a large quiet comfortable home to share with you. A bright and airy double room, with its own private bathroom. Comfy lounge or conservatory can be used. We provide a light breakfast. A full breakfast can be provided with notice - at a small fee. Ample parking in front of the house and an EV charging point. We are 10 minutes from the M6 junction 3, 5 minutes from Nuneaton station by car/taxi. George Eliot Hospital (5 mins walk). We have two rooms on AirBNB if extra room required.

Cosy Cotswold Cottage, Stone Bank, Evenlode

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS FULLY RESPECTED. There are several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

2 Little Orchard

2 Little Orchard is situated in Stanton which is one of the prettiest and idyllic villages in the Cotswolds. The Mount Inn, with stunning views and wonderful home cooked food is a 5 minute walk away. Broadway is about 3 miles away with the famous Lygon Arms. Stratford-upon-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's theatre and Shakespearian heritage and Cheltenham is approximately 11 miles away with excellent shops, many wonderful restaurants and famous racecourse.

Having been a stable block over 100 years ago all rooms are now fully refurbished and self-contained with their own front doors & En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water & high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.
