The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. It is a lived in house; therefore, it is like staying at a friend's whilst they are on holiday. It is not a luxury lodge. It's within 15-20 mins drive from Mansfield and Worksop. Chesterfield, Sheffield and Nottingham less than an hour. Sherwood Forest is less than 10 mins drive, with lots of nice walks in the vicinity.
