Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Secluded on 50 acres in the Firefly forest & less than 1 hour to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, this cabin comes with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and kitchen, The covered porch is great for grilling, relaxing and enjoying wildlife. There is a fresh water pond that is stocked and ready for fishing. No off-road vehicles or discharging of firearms. 1 pet allowed. Sorry , no cats are allowed.
