Panoramic seaside beach house

We`ve been renting the beach house out since 2012 - Up till now our guest have almost 100% been regulars - we havent really advertised. You`ll have panoramic sea views, and access via steps down to the quiet beach. The beach house is clean, comfortable and cosy in Winter, cool in Summer. There are two double bedrooms and a sun room Kitchen filled with crockery and utensils, washing machine, dishwasher. You might see a spider, there may be a water stain - its not pristine but you`ll fall in love

The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. On-site massage in a private secluded studio available on request.
