Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Stylish Guest Suite with Kitchen in Authentic Area

You will be welcomed into a spacious guest suite with your private entrance, balcony, and backyard. The accommodation offers an authentic experience as it was recently renovated in a traditional way and is situated in the middle of the unspoiled nature. You can stay here with up to four people, the home offers one double bed and a convertible couch. Your laundry may be washed upon request. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathtub, making it perfect for relaxing evenings at home.

The modern apartments with a touch of the traditional Karst style are completely new and available to guests in 2022. Both apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a large dining table, a living room area with a flat TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are air-conditioned and include free WiFi connection, as well as access to a terrace, where our guests can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The apartments are located in a small village, surrounded by the calm of nature.

Apartment Luna

The apartment is located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature, right on the border with Italy. Guests can enjoy a scenic half-hour walk to a nearby hill with stunning views of the sea and the Alps. The famous Goriška Brda wine region is just minutes away, offering excellent wineries, wine tastings, restaurants, and traditional taverns. Popular attractions are also Lipizzaner horses, Postojna cave and thanks to the prime border location, day trips to Venice, Trieste and Udine.

La casa, completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, si propone come un alloggio speciale per giovani coppie, famiglie con figli. L'alloggio, situato tra il mare ed il Carso, offre non solo momenti di divertimento e relax al mare (situato a 5 minuti di auto e 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e 40 in salita), ma pure la possibilità di compiere lunghe passeggiate, gite in bici e, naturalmente, di visitare tante attrazioni turistiche. Per spostarsi si consiglia di essere automuniti.

This is a wonderful, cosy and private apartment in this lovely little village. The space has just finished renovation and everything is new, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with TV, lovely bathroom and another separate WC. Country style living and dining area overlooking the private garden which is now fenced, and terrace with doors out to this area. The Fenced garden area is secure for dogs. Netflix and Wifi throughout. Charcoal BBQ in the garden.

Fairytale Karst house with the sea view

It is a small, fairytale house located in the Slovenian Karst region, on the edge of the country, and nothing but a green wine valley separates it from the Adriatic sea. The open view from the house is the most precious thing there. You can see all of the gulf of Trieste, from the lighthouse of Savudria, to the Venice lagoon. In the center, there is a delta of Soča river, Isola della Cona, which is a must see natural park.

Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
