De vakantiewoning is uitgerust met een jacuzzi en infraroodsauna (2p) en is gelegen in de bossen van Stekene met veel wandel- en fietsroutes. Men vindt de Verbeke Foundation, De Bourgondiër, Perkpolderstrand en het Stropersbos in de buurt. De locatie kan ook een uitvalsbasis zijn voor Antwerpen (P+R 20 min), Gent (P+R 30 min) en Brugge (P+R 45 min).
