Only 10 km of car drive is needed to reach lovely beaches in Fažana and Peroj. This holiday house is part of a row of connected houses. With an indoor area of 100 m2, it provides a cozy living space. Amazing natural pool and large Istrian house

Villa Smilja spans three floors, covering approximately 150 sqm with six rooms. On the ground floor, the open-space entrance leads to the living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 12 guests. The upper floors feature four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. Outside, the dining area is shaded, the barbecue area is covered by a large canopy, and in the back garden, a spacious natural pool stands out.

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price. It is recognizable by beautiful swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach.
