Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

In 2019 we have completely renovated the house and opened it for you, our dear guests. While renovating, we have tried to keep the original charm (even some pieces of furniture). Apartment Kut

The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

The family Jaksa, whose coat of arms is located at the entrance, belonged to the nobility of Hvar, Vis and Split and played an important role in the history of the islands of Vis and Hvar. The apartment is part of Jaksa's palace from the 17th century
