The ancient sunken city of Pavlopetri, as well as the beautiful sandy beach of Pounda are a 3 minute drive, as is the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island, with the world renowned magical beach of Simos. Within 20 minutes are the famous medieval Castle of Monemvasia and the Cave of Castania.

Our house retains its privacy and serenity so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just a 3 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Pounta and Pavlopetri sunken city, as well as the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island. All the local shops and restaurants are right next to you. The Castle of Monemvasia, Castania’s Cave and the ferry boat to Kythera are all a 20 minute drive.

Έχει wi fi ταχύτητα 50 mbps Η ησυχία και ο έναστρος ουρανός τις νύχτες σας μένουν αξέχαστες όπως και θέα της κοντινής πόλης, της Νεάπολης, όπου είναι και το λιμάνι για τα Κύθηρα, κάτι που εκμεταλλεύονται πολλοί επισκέπτες στον χώρο μου καθώς είναι μόλις 4 χιλιόμετρα απόσταση 10 λεπτά διαδρομή από σπίτι. Νερό πίνουμε εμφιαλωμένο.

Μπορούν να ενοικιαστούν μεμονωμένα φιλοξενώντας ως 4 άτομα το καθένα, ή και τα δύο μαζί για μεγαλύτερες παρέες. Διαθέτουν μεγάλη, κοινή βεράντα μπροστά για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας και βεράντες ιδιωτικές στις κρεβατοκάμαρες. Κοντά σε καταστήματα εστίασης και εμπορικά. Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
