My guest house is over 400 squares feet with private entrance. Neighbor is nice and quiet.

This corner lot of a cul-de-sac overlooks Horseshoe Lake off in the distance. Lots of curb parking as well as driveway and garage parking. Dining seats up to 8, plus bar seating.
