An easy drive to LA, Malibu, Ojai, Ventura, or Santa Barbara, our home is the perfect resting place for either the small town feel, or hustle and bustle you’re looking for.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our studio guest house is tucked away in the hills above Newbury Park with quick access to town for shopping or restaurants and located a short walk from the Rosewood Trailhead with access to thousands of acres of dedicated hiking and biking open space. Enjoy a private patio with beautiful views and peaceful spaces to enjoy outdoor. We live on property in the main house so additional amenities can be provided to make your stay personalized.

Surrounded by trees and flowers this totally private studio is roomy, light and airy. A king size bed plus a sleeper couch offer restful sleep for 2 adults and one child. There is plenty room to comfortably add a bed for a 2nd child. (We did it several times around Christmas) We are off of a private road it feels like a trip to a European countryside. Still we are just a short drive from businesses, mall, dining, theaters and near hiking, biking and riding trails and beaches. Private bath.

Escape from everyday life to Malibu Hideaway! Nestled in the hills with breathtaking views of canyons, mountains, Lake Sherwood & several cities as far as the eye can see! Our furniture is hand made from sunny California reclaimed wood. Our organic luxury hybrid mattress is foam/coil for ultra comfort. Fluffy down comforter in cold months. The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded,renovated, 2 story home built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless entrance,10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi,shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), and a work desk.

Lovely one bedroom studio apartment. Amazing views, lemon trees and dozens of wild peacocks roam the yard. Very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for couples. Attached in-law suite with a private entrance. You have the entire space to yourself! 450 sq ft, full bath with washer/dryer. Kitchenette w/ fridge. HDTV with Amazon FireTV and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!
