De Pionier is suitable for 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a seating area, dining area, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower and toilet. There are two single box-spring beds on the open mezzanine. Additionally, there is a separate small bedroom with two single beds. An extra bed can be added for a fifth person for a fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Lelymare is a former organic farm. Now, mainly horses graze here, and the pastures have been developed in a natural way. Three cozy guest accommodations have been set up in one of the outbuildings. Here, you can enjoy the peace and space that Lelymare and the surrounding area have to offer. There are many opportunities for walking and cycling. The famous Oostvaardersplassen and the Markerwadden are nearby. A local bus runs to and from the station. The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een (steile) trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.
