My house lies in the heart of Chania in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 800 m. away from the Old Town and only 15 min walk from the nearest sandy beach. My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

Our beautiful house lies in the district called Agioi Apostoloi, 4 km away from the center of Chania and only 600 m from the sandy beach. Easy access to the highway that will take you to the most famous beaches of Crete. The accommodation offers free parking. Really close to the house you can find a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

Enjoy your vacation in one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Chania, that is called Agii Apostoli. The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

Vista del Puerto

This apartment is a modern but also a traditional stone house, recently renovated (2020), in the heart of the old city of Chania. It was built in the early 16th century as a fortress, with the only purpose to protect the city mainly from pirate attacks and constitutes part of the Venetian wall. The residence is fully furnished and equipped in order to ensure a comfortable stay for its guests. It is an ideal place to stay for large families, large group of friends and couples.

A sunny corner apartment just five minutes on foot from city center and Nea Chora beach. The famous Old Venetian Harbor of Chania is less than ten minutes away on foot and the Agora market in the city centre is about 10 minutes walk.The lovely beach of Nea Chora, which is a blue flag beach, is perfect not only for swimming but also for evening strolls along the promenade, which is famous for its excellent restaurants with sea food, Mediterranean and Cretan traditional dishes.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. Apartment of about 50 sqm on the ground floor of the building. One bedroom with a doublebed (160 cm), open and fully-equipped kitchen with a seating and dining area, bathroom and an outside seating area on the separately divided part of the courtyard. Babys cot and seat upon request for free. Third person on the sleeping couch additional 15€ per night. Breakfast, lunch and dinner upon request.

''Butterfly'' #3 Elegant apt (5' from the beach)

The Butterfly apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood I grew up, just 5 min walking distance from an organized sandy beach and 15 min walking to the amazing beach cluster of Αgioi Αpostoloi. A bus stop is just around the corner of our street and so is a supermarket for all your groceries. The city center, with its Venetian old town and harbour, is less than 3 km away.
