This hidden small bungalow is ideal for a small family or two friends but can comfortably fit two couples if you are feeling cozy!

This small space is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of exploring the surrounding area, after a wedding, or just as a quick stop while road tripping along the coast. There’s a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine, away from the hustle and bustle. Uniquely located 1-mile from Santa Claus beach and a 13 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Pet & Family Friendly, Private Montecito Loft.

This newly remodeled, private guest house is walking distance to Coast Village Road, the Rosewood Miramar Hotel, and Butterfly Beach. The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. You'll also have your own fenced yard and patio with outdoor amenities including a fire pit, ping pong table, and corn hole game. Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

Summerland Nest, Ocean + Canyon Views

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Please be advised that the County of Santa Barbara requires I collect a 12% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) that will be a separate request after booking. Thank you!
