Deck overlooks the river. 3 minutes from Garner State Park, 12 minutes from both Leakey and Concan. The Space On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, & reading space. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

This Beautiful home has a large cold water swim spa and Glamorous Outdoor Kitchen and Pavilion to entertain your family. Steps away from your private riverfront on our property with Picnic Tables in the river to enjoy. Starting in 2026 we will implement our sliding scale pricing, this home has a base price of 695 a night with 12 guests, each guest above 12 will be $25 per night per person extra, this will help our groups that have smaller number of guests save a little extra money.

A nice to 1-bedroom Rv with 1 full size bed with bunk beds. This camper has 1 bath with a dinette conversion for a small child. We keep it stocked with the basics: linens, towels, paper products, and basic cooking supplies. The park camping fee is included in the nightly price. you will have to pay park entrance fee.

Rustic ranch home with master bedroom (queen), and a loft with a double bed and two single beds. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa, couches and comfy chairs to relax in after a day in the river.

Bunkhouse on Sabinal River

Offering a stylish bunkhouse on the beautiful Sabinal River. It is close to the Frio River, Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park.. Surrounded by the famous Twisted Sisters. Watch deer roam the property, enjoy swimming in the river (direct access) or the property pool which is shared with our family and one other cabin. We live right next door on the property (the Bunkhouse is a guesthouse) and will be available to assist you the best we can.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape along side the Frio River. This home was built in 2024. It has a cute porch with a beautiful view of the mountainside and river. A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be emailed to you after you have reserved your reservation. You will need to provide us your email address, through Airbnb messaging.
